Free/Reduced Meal Applications-Middle and High School Households only

We respectfully ask that parents of middle and high school students complete the free/reduced meal application. Although we are able to provide meals at no cost to students, our program is funded by the completion and return of these applications each year. Parents can go online at SchoolCafé, or they can go to their nearest middle or high school campus to get one. If you have any additional questions, please feel free to contact us at 432-456-9749.

    Income Surveys-Elementary Households only
These forms are vital for us to continue providing meals at no cost for elementary students. The district will be sending out an electronic survey in the 1st week of September.
Special Note: If a parent has two children with one of them going to an elementary campus and the other going to a middle or high school campus, they will need to complete both a Free/Reduced Meal application and an Income Survey.
