Tracey Borchardt-Executive Director of Athletics
Tracey Borchardt is the Executive Director for Athletics in ECISD. Tracey has been employed by ECISD for 32 years as a teacher, coach and athletic coordinator at Odessa High School before moving into athletic administration 3 years ago. Tracey taught physical education and health for 23 years before moving into AVID in which she played a role in guiding OHS to becoming a National Demonstration Role Model High School. She is a member of TGCA, THSCA, THSADA, and the NIAAA. She is a Level 3 certified coach through the National Federation, along with being a Registered National Athletic Administrator. Tracey has completed her certification through the NIAAA and is now a Certified Athletic Administrator.Tracey hobbies include going to sporting events, fishing, hunting, rodeo, and hanging out with her husband Berry, a retired school teacher and coach. They have been happily married for 31 years with many more to come.

Crystal Day-Assistant Athletic Director
Crystal Day is a native Houstonian who began pursuing her career in athletics at a young age. As a bright-eyed 8 year-old , she began her journey as a runner, dancer, and gymnast. Ms. "D.I.V.A." Day is currently the Assistant Director and Physical Education Health District Coordinator for Ector County Independent School District. Ms. Day has 20 plus years of empowering people to reach their goals and exceed their expectations through the avenues of coaching, mentoring and leadership development. Ms. Day is the proud Founder and President of Diva Day Consulting , LLC (DDC) and Author of " A Diva's Guide to Success" a leadership guide to empower individuals with tools for success. Her spirit of pride and excellence stemmed from her teachings under the Cross Country and Track & Field programs at Prairie View A&M University, where she then graduated Suma Cum Laude to earn a bachelor's degree in Human Performance with minor in Dance. This is her 16th year as an Educator & Coach and within her years has obtained the great honor of being named Teacher of Year in 2008 and 2019! D.I.V.A Day has a profound passion for teaching and inspiring, and she has made it her life's mission to give back to a community that has fostered her spirit of Determination, Intelligence, Vibrancy, and Amazement as a woman through mentoring and leadership guidance.
