Process for Reporting Technical Issues
Call the Help Desk: 432-456-8649
Ø Hours: Monday – Friday, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Ø I.T. Issues should be submitted directly to the help desk.
Ø This helps increase efficiency within the I.T. department which means quicker resolutions to technical problems.
Ø Most issues can be resolved over the phone or using remote desktop abilities.
Ø Our goal is to resolve computer related issues immediately over the phone or within 3 business days for on-site dispatch. Infrastructure issues (such as cable, alarms, speakers, etc.) may take longer.
Ø Emergency issues (i.e. phones, security systems, alarms) will receive the highest priority.
