Free/Reduced Meal Applications-Middle and High School Households only
We respectfully ask that parents of middle and high school students complete the free/reduced meal application. Although we are able to provide meals at no cost to their students, our program is funded by the completion and return of these applications each year. They can go online at https://paypams.com/OnlineApp.aspx, or they can go to their nearest middle or high school campus to get one. Our department has mailed one copy to each middle and high school household in Odessa this year. If you have any additional questions, please feel free to contact us at 432-456-9749.Income Surveys-Elementary Households onlyThese forms are vital for us to continue providing meals at no cost for elementary students. The district will be sending out an electronic survey on or around Labor Day.Special Note: If a parent has two children with one of them going to an elementary campus and the other going to a middle or high school campus, they will need to complete both a Free/Reduced Meal application and an Income Survey.USDA Non-Discrimination Statement
