ECISD Athletic Department Coach Of The Month
2 Words Character Development Program
ECISD Athletic Department is proud to provide our student-athletes, coaches and parents with nationally impactful curriculium. 2Words is a video-based character development curriculum. It is designed for coaches and
written for all high school athletes across all sports. In addition to the curriculum, creator Stephen Mackey is available to deliver speeches live to athletes and coaches, as well as for staff development events. As high school football coach Chip Baker says, “It is important to make a conscious effort to develop the character of our youth. 2Words curriculum is a perfect way to do that! Stephen Mackey is definitely doing his part to create the positive ripple effect in our world…and he does it well!”
