Routine vaccination is an essential preventive care service for children and adolescents that should not be delayed. Texas state laws require that all children entering public schools be fully immunized. Please click this link to see what vaccinations are required by age and grade.

Immunization Exemption Information
Texas laws allow parents to opt out of vaccinations for their child. You must download the exemption form here, have it notarized, and present it to the school before your child can attend school.
Immunization Locations
Your child can receive their required immunizations with their primary care physician, health department, or pharmacy. ECISD also offers some vaccinations at select locations. For more information, please contact the school nurse at one of the following locations:
