Information for Private Duty Nurse

ECISD welcomes professional nursing staff who accompany and care for frail and medically compromised students. It is because of these additional services that our students can attend school. Before entering our buildings, we ask that the following documents be fully completed and returned to the Nursing and Health Services Office. Additionally, the private duty nurse will need to complete a background check and fingerprinting, and be assigned a badge. The ECISD Nursing and Health Services Office will facilitate this process.
