Filing a Complaint

Do you have concerns about the support you've received from Odessa Pathway to Teaching or have you experienced issues that you have not been able to resolve with district or program staff? 

  • Candidates will seek complaint resolution with the appropriate program staff. If unresolved the candidate must file a written complaint with the Talent Development Director within 15 days of the reported incident. If a resolution is not agreed upon the written complaint will be addressed by the Executive Director of Talent Development who has the final determination of resolution. If the resolution is not satisfactory to the candidate, a formal complaint may be filed with TEA
