Chancey Westfall

Chancey Westfall began his career in law enforcement in 2009 at the Odessa College Police Department as a patrol officer. Chancey Westfall continued his law enforcement career in 2014 when he joined the ECISD Police Department.

Chancey Westfall served as a campus officer, field training officer, Sergeant and now Lieutenant with the ECISD Police Department.

Lieutenant Chancey Westfall currently oversees west-side patrol operations and training coordinator.

Randall Jones

Randall Jones started his law enforcement career in 1983 with the Odessa Police Department, serving as a patrol officer and detective. Randall Jones continued his career in law enforcement in 1997 when he joined the ECISD Police Department.

Randall Jones served as a campus officer, Sergeant and now Lieutenant with the ECISD Police Department. Randall Jones also served on the Odessa Police SWAT Team for 25 years.

Lieutenant Randall Jones oversees east-side patrol operations and the field training program.

Terry B. Upchurch

Terry Upchurch started his law enforcement career in 2011 with the Odessa Police Department as a patrol officer. In 2013, Terry Upchurch continued his law enforcement career with the Ector County ISD Police Department.  During his time at the ECISD Police Department, Terry Upchurch served as an evening patrol officer, campus officer, canine handler, Sergeant and now Lieutenant.

Currently, Terry Upchurch serves as the Administration and Emergency Management Lieutenant for the department.
