Other information

Before preparing an offer, suppliers are encouraged to pay close attention to the District’s requirements and the intent to which a contract is awarded.  These are the only goods/services that may be contracted.

Your bid packet/proposal must be completed in its’ entirety and submitted by the day and time requested in the bid specifications.  Failure to comply with these requirements may cause your bid/proposal packet to be considered non-compliant.

The District will evaluate each bid packet/proposal to select the best value for the District.  The vendor will be notified of an award after the School Board has approved the recommendation.  The awarded vendor should take NO action until they have been notified by the Purchasing Department for the product or service that they were awarded.
