*** Please remember to bring your $25 Activity Fee for Robotics ***
This course is designed to teach students to find problems and solutions by utilizing the skills that they have gained throughout their education.  We will be forming competition teams for the TCEA Lego EV3 Robotics League as well as completing our in-class engineering challenges.
    Criteria for Travel Team Selection
    • Excellent attendance record
    • Excellent discipline record
    • Teacher recommendations
    • Pass all classes to be eligible for competition
    • Must be able to manage time constraints and stay on task
    • Ability to work with others in a high stress environment

My goal is to have the majority of our assignments completed and submitted using our Google classroom.  In order to achieve that goal students will need access to an internet connection either at home or be able to come to the computer lab outside of their typical school hours.

Challenges:  Students must successfully complete programming challenge assignments.  Their robot must perform the required behavior.
Vocabulary:  Students will have weekly vocabulary assignments.
Tests:  Students will occasionally have printed tests to assess their understanding of the programming software.
