    Shot Clinic for Tdap and MCV4 Vaccines!!

    Where: Nimitz Middle School Cafeteria

    Time: 9am-1pm

    Bring your shot record! A parent must be present. Each vaccine is $5.00.


    fever Fever/Illness Policy

    Students with a temperature of 100° or higher must go home. The student should not return to school until they have been fever free for 24 hours. Students will be sent home if they vomit during school. Please keep your child home if they vomit during the night or before school. The student should not return to school until they have been vomit free for 24 hours. Parents, please bring a doctor's note with instructions following an illness!!



    Parents, make sure we have a current copy of the student's shot record!! If you are new to ECISD, please bring a current shot record, to the nurse's office. All 7th grade students must have the Tdap and MCV4 vaccines.

    If the student will be taking medications during school hours, stop into the nurse's office to fill out a Parent Request for Administration of Medication by School Personnel Form. The medication must be brought in by the parent, be in the original container, and have the prescription label. Over the counter and prescriptions must have a form completed!! If the student is going to carry an inhaler or EPI-pen, a Student Self Medication form will need to be signed by a physician and on file. All asthmatics, please bring your Asthma Action Plans!!!
