This is an extraordinary situation and you may be feeling like you need additional support. If you’re feeling anxious about coronavirus, know that you are not alone. It is normal to feel worried during stressful times. If you need immediate assistance or have a life-threatening emergency call 911, otherwise, here are resources to support your mental and emotional health.

If you do not know where to begin to get metal health or emotional help for yourself or someone you know, the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) can help. SAMHSA provides confidential and immediate support, 24/7/365. If you are in crisis or need help dealing with one, you can:
