STRATEGIC PLAN | INDICATORS OF SUCCESS

The indicators of success are the key, quantifiable measures tracking the success of our strategic plan. They represent the sensors that align the projects of our 3 strategic themes, Foundational Excellence, Talent Development, and the Learning Journey, to the three goals established by the ECISD Board of Trustees. The annual goals and trajectory of each indicator reflect the constant commitment of our team in the journey toward excellence for our students. Born from much research, critical analyses, and consideration of internal and external factors that may impact the progress of the measure, the following 14 indicators of success were selected to show the impact of our work upon the students of ECISD.
